Ross joined Donato, Brown, Pool & Moehlmann in 2023. With a background in property and casualty insurance prior to attending law school, Ross brings a perspicacious understanding and unique ability to navigate a variety of claims on behalf of his clients. Ross is a true believer that the harder you work, the luckier you get. He brings this mindset to work with him everyday in the zealous representation of his clients.

Prior to joining DBPM, Ross began his legal career working for a boutique maritime firm as a member of the trial team on matters involving Jones Act personal injury, Longshore and Harbor Workers’ compensation claims, wrongful death, salvage, cargo claims, and insurance defense. During this time, he gained invaluable litigation and trial experience that form the foundation of his current practice. Today, Ross handles a variety of different claims with one goal in mind; to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.

As a proud native of Houston, Texas, Ross is devoted to serving his community. In his free time, Ross is a dedicated husband and father of twins. He is passionate about the outdoors, culinary arts, playing guitar, spending time with friends and family, and all things Houston sports.
